Yakutsk, Yakutia, Russia. April 27, 2011

There is one active live webcam left in Yakutsk. It is installed at the TV tower by TV & Radio Broadcasting Technical Center.

Here is the link: (Lenin Square)

1. Be sure, your browser has the Java Runtime Environment installed to watch live webcams.
2. The second webcam might be off from time to time. The first one is stable and active.

Enjoy it! 🙂

  1. well your webcam doesn’t work. Picture is old and the two links are down.

  2. They work fine for me. I don’t see anything censored as Steve said. if anything these are better than a lot of the webcams in my own country. Good stuff.

  3. Muy buenas las dos fotos de Yakutsk.

  4. Es interesante observar lugares tan lejanos (desde mi óptica).
Saludos desde el norte de México (Sonora), donde hace semanas hacía un calor de 48º C!!

  5. My god! Too much for Siberians.

This summer we had the temp near +40C and it was like in the hell 🙂

  6. very cold..im surprise..here is +3

  7. Amazing views! Greetings from Poland, I’m freezing at -10

  8. Awesome.
Greetings from Trujillo, Perú. ( we have +18°C).

  9. What happened to the cam? see nothing

  10. Nothing happened. Try other browsers, as there must be some Java plugins installed. In my case, it’s strange, but the webcam works on Explorer, though I dislike it much.

UPDATE: Indeed, the Yakutsk webcam owner ceased live broadcasting 🙁
