Another cold morning in Yakutsk, Siberia/Russia. Dec. 06, 2010.

Just an ordinary Monday morning in the current winter. Though it wasn’t so extremely cold, -38C, but such weather forced us to walk through Lenin Square pretty fast. The action happened at 8.30 am, as I love to say, in the world’s coldest city of Yakutsk in Russia’s Siberia on December 06, 2010. Oh, in the end of the video I said, «Ok, folk, my fingers got frozen…» 🙂

Watch the second vid with a kid and a New Year tree.

That was in the morning. 10 or 5 minutes to 9 am. This video I’ve done just to show that kids could play outdoor at the cold weather in Russia’s Siberian city of Yakutsk, and to say X-mas and New Year are coming!

PS. I need to stop posting about cold weather in that Siberian city and focus on other parts of life.

  1. We all know the winters in siberia are long and cold.
    But how are the summers?

  2. Summer is short, from June till August, and pretty hot. Last summer we had many days with +30C and even +40C 🙂
