Great news is I am back to Yakutia! Woo hoo! Really glad to be at home, though I missed such a big event as the celebration of Ysyakh in Yakutsk.

Another Yakutia Airlines’ Boeing 737-700 NG has arrived at Yakutsk’s airport. The aircraft has performed flight directly from Budapest Franz Liszt International Airport, where it has been undergoing a preliminary maintenance at Aeroplex base, the airline’s press-service reports.

According to her, the aircraft will be used for interregional and international flights. “The first flight will make a brand new Boeing for 8 June to route Yakutsk to Moscow”, – explained Samsonov.
Yakutia tends to require a special attitude, because everything is here special. Its land contains a lot of natural resources. To extract them from the ground, there must be special drilling rigs that appear to be specially large-dimensioned.
How to deliver such huge machines from manufacturers located far away? Right, there must be a special huge transport. It should be nothing else, but the world’s largest ever serially-manufactured cargo airplane, Antonov An-124 Ruslan.
Below, see 10 photographs of An-124′s landing at Yakutsk Airport on April 9, 2011. The plane delivered drilling rigs for industrial purposes.
