Hooray! Hooray! Evgenia Arbugaeva, who was born in the Arctic seaport of Tiski in Yakutia, Russia’s Siberia, is the Winner of Leica Oskar Barnack Award. Her set of artful photographs depicting her homeland won the highest appraisal.
