This time we proudly present another talented young artist from the Siberian region of Yakutia. It’s Anna Osipova (her page at ArtBreak.com). Anna graduated the Far Eastern State Academy of Arts. Currently she creates her masterpieces at the Ural-Siberian studio of the Russian Academy of Artists. Her early works were inspired by the North and reindeer herders’ life. Bernard Grua is a French photographer. I thought photography is his job, but it appeared to be his hobby. Besides, he fell in love with the Siberian region of Yakutia. Isn’t it great? These pictures are from Evgenia Arbugaeva‘s photo book «Following the Reindeer» (141 pages) that depicts the daily life of the Even reindeer herders in the mountain area around the settlement of Topolinoe in Tomponsky region (two days by a car from Yakutsk) in Russia’s Siberian republic of Yakutia. On Jan. 19th, 2011, the famous Russian actor, promoter, Andrey I, and his Yakutsk-based creative studio «Navigator» started making the world’s biggest (tallest/highest) stalagmite in Russia’s Siberian city of Yakutsk. The stalagmite is going to be 30 metres in height. It is being created by an unique technology invented by Navigator fellows. Previously we informed about Aubry Francine’s upcoming photo exhibit in Southern France, precisely in the tourisom office showroom of Aix en Provence. Now we have the good news.
