On Jan. 19th, 2011, the famous Russian actor, promoter, Andrey I, and his Yakutsk-based creative studio «Navigator» started making the world’s biggest (tallest/highest) stalagmite in Russia’s Siberian city of Yakutsk. The stalagmite is going to be 30 metres in height. It is being created by an unique technology invented by Navigator fellows.
